The Most Common Causes Of Hair Loss
It is normal to lose between 50-100 hairs a day, this is part of the hair renewal process. But most people suffer from excessive hair loss at least once in their lives. There are quite possible causes, including medications, iron deficiency, chemotherapy, exposure to chemicals, hormonal and nutritional factors, mechanical damage, a generalized skin disease or local constraints.
Many of these causes are temporary and some are permanent. These are some of the most common causes of hair loss.
1. Hormonal changes:
Hormones are a major cause of hair loss. Androgens are male hormones known collectively by far the biggest impact on hair loss. The most important male hormone, testosterone, is indirectly linked to hair loss in men. A man who has the genes essential for hair loss, a small amount of testosterone which is produced by some of the hair roots into a derivative called dihydrotestosterone, which is actually responsible for hair loss.
When dihydrotestosterone is produced, it is present in the surface sebum (grease) that is secreted by the sebaceous glands in the skin tissue. In these circumstances, enter dihydrotestosterone follicle (the hole in the scalp from which hair is made of) when a hair is shed, and is within the chemical reaction. What he actually does is to miniaturize the hair root and hair follicles. As a result, new hair grows through the finer. When the new hair is a beautiful new building after Dihydrotestosterone miniaturized hair follicle the hair root, and even more after your hair is even finer. This process continues until the hair is so thin that it could not be there at all, and if this occurs over the entire surface as a thin man, of course, on this surface and therefore the loss of hair occurs.
2nd Stress:
Physical and psychological stress is short-term effects of hair loss. It is not instantaneous, a stressful event, but usually takes about 2 or 3 months after a stressful period or event has begun. Therefore, hair can be lost is that the telogen phase of hair follicles is prematurely which is normal. As a result, you will start to grow new hair after old hair loss. However, the stress is removed from the hair loss has stopped and new hair begins to grow to replace a lost again.
3rd Skin disease
Some specific types of skin diseases like psoriasis, which could be the reason for losing more hair than usual. However, when treatment begins with a skin condition and hair starts growing again.
Fourth Medicine
There are several varieties of drugs, which are partly responsible for hair loss than normal. However, the problem may occur when you really could happen when you received the drug for a long time., So if a drug is important to consult a doctor if this could be a side effect of drugs taken.
5th Genetics:
It is often the perception that hair loss can also occur genetically. If a mother or paternal relatives will inherit the land he or she may also suffer from this problem of hair loss.
6. Iron deficiency:
The lack of iron in the body occasionally causes hair loss in men and women. Women who suffer from this general problem, such as iron loss during menstruation, and develop an iron deficiency. Low level of iron in the diet often causes iron deficiency in the human body. Taking iron supplements or iron tablets can solve the iron deficiency.
7. Childbirth and pregnancy:
Many women face the problem of hair loss after childbirth, although it does not seem to have much more hair loss during pregnancy. This occurs because the hair in the resting (telogen) phase. Solves this problem naturally after one to six months as hormone levels begin to return to normal after the body of the woman is recovering from her pregnancy.
8th Poor blood circulation:
Baldness occurs not by inheritance or by the effects of testosterone on hair follicles in the target area. On the contrary, due to poor circulation in the scalp (a variety of reasons) and not enough nutrients in the blood. Another reason is poor drainage of waste products in deep lymphatic system.
9th Mechanical damage:
Mechanical damage to the hair can occur either through intentional or unintentional. A little hair pulling continuous stress to drop. Treatment of hair style, hair pulling or trichotillomania and hair braids or tissues are responsible for mechanical damage of the hair. Irregular chemical treatment, such as dyes, tints, bleaches, irons, relaxers and permanent waves and weak hair done.
